Before you call
Most new patients are seen within the week, and the desk keeps a short list for anything that should not wait. If a spot has changed, say so when you call and it is looked at that day.
You will see a dermatologist or one of the providers working under Dr. Marsh's review. Ask for her by name when you book and the desk will tell you the wait for her own list.
A list of anything you are taking, including what you put on your skin, and the name of anything already tried. Come without make-up if the visit is about your face.
Yes, and it is better to say so when you book so the right amount of time is set aside. A full skin check and a separate concern are two appointments' worth of work.
Ask your pharmacy to send the request through first, which is the fastest route. Call the front desk if they have already tried and heard nothing back.
Most plans cover medical and surgical visits. Aesthetic care is paid directly, and the consultation is free with a price up front.
