What insurance covers, what is paid directly and how to pay a bill.
Insurance we accept
We work with most major plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Sanford Health Plan, Medica, Medicare and North Dakota and Minnesota Medicaid. If you are not sure about your plan, call the front desk before your visit and we will check your coverage for you.
What insurance usually covers
- Medical visits for skin, hair and nail conditions
- Skin checks, biopsies and lab testing
- Surgery to remove skin cancers, cysts and growths that cause problems
What is paid directly
Aesthetic treatments, such as wrinkle relaxers, fillers, peels and laser resurfacing, are not covered by insurance. Consultations for aesthetic care are free, and your exact price is given in writing before any treatment starts.
Pay a bill
You can pay by phone at (701) 555-0148, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, or in person at the front desk of any of our three clinics. Have your statement to hand. We accept all major cards and HSA and FSA cards.
If a bill is hard to manage, call us. We can set up a payment plan with no interest.
