Before you call

Got questions? We have answers

How soon can I be seen?

Most medical appointments fall inside two to three weeks, and the desk keeps a short list for anything that should not wait. If a spot has changed, say so when you call and it is looked at that day.

Will I see a dermatologist?

You will see a dermatologist or one of the medical providers working under Dr. Warden’s oversight. Ask for her by name when you book and the desk will tell you plainly what the wait for her own list is.

What should I bring to a first visit?

A list of anything you are taking, including what you put on your skin, and the name of anything already tried. Come without make-up if the visit is about your face.

Can I raise more than one thing in a visit?

Yes, and it is better to say so when you book so the right amount of time is set aside. A full skin check and a separate concern are two appointments’ worth of work in one room.

How do I get a prescription refilled?

Ask your pharmacy to send the request through first — that is the fastest route by some way. Call the front desk if they have already tried and heard nothing back.
