After selecting your path and completing our Launch Guide, we’ll get to work — and depending on what you submit, your site can be ready to launch in as little as 10-14 days (depending on volume & customizations). Whether you want to keep it simple or go deep into details, we build with care and deliver a site that’s uniquely you.

1. Fill out our launch guide after your purchase or subscription.
2. We’ll start building your website and send a first draft within 14 days (we’ll notify you if there are any delays).
3. Review your draft and send us any feedback. We’ll make updates and prepare your final version.
4. Once you approve, we’ll launch your site.

Hands-Off Website Management (Monthly Plan / One-Time Payment + Maintenance Add-On) -

No need to worry about editing code, breaking your layout, or affecting SEO. We handle all updates, revisions, and maintenance for you — keeping your site secure, accessible, and bug-free.
Simply send us your changes through our easy ticket system on the Contact Us page, and we’ll take care of it, usually within 24–48 hours.

One-Time Purchase Without Maintenance Add-On -

You’ll receive all your website files and can edit the code yourself if you choose. If you want us to manage updates or revisions later, you can easily add the maintenance package at any time.

At Revision, I build every website from the ground up—hand-coding and customizing beyond typical website builders. This gives full control over SEO, performance, and design, plus the freedom to create unique features and animations tailored just for you. With a convenient monthly subscription, you don’t have to lift a finger—I handle everything and make sure your site is done right, fast, and flexible enough to grow with your business.

Once you’ve chosen your template, completed your plan purchase, and submitted your Launch Guide, we typically provide a first-draft within 14 days. After the first draft, we will make any of your requested changes and submit a final draft for your approval and then your site will be ready within 2-4 weeks, though this may vary based on volume and complexity.

Custom Builds: These projects are more involved and usually take 1–2 months, as we collaborate closely to ensure every detail matches your vision.

Nope! In fact, all of our website builds are completely hands-off for you! Our templates are fully managed for you—no tech skills required. Simply choose your favorite design and share your customizations using our launch form and guide. We’ll handle everything from setup to launch, so you can focus on your business.

If you ever need to make updates or changes, they are fully included in our monthly subscription or monthly maintenance add-on.

Once you've selected your template and completed your plan purchase (one-time or monthly subscription), you'll begin by filling out our Launch Guide — this gives us a clear picture of your brand, goals, and content so we can hit the ground running.

If you selected a Template-Based Website (Subscription or One-Time Purchase):

1. Fill out the Launch Guide
2. We begin customizing your selected template with your brand colors, fonts, photos, and copy.
3. You'll receive a preview link within 7–14 business days, depending on volume.
4. One round of revisions is included before launch.

If you’re on the Subscription Plan or added the Launch + Maintenance add-on, we handle the hosting and take your site live. If you opted for the one-time purchase without the add-on, we’ll provide your completed site files and instructions so you can host and launch on your own.

Custom builds are an exciting opportunity to bring your unique vision to life. If you’re considering a custom website, we recommend starting with a discovery call to discuss your goals and walk through the process before making your purchase.

1. After your discovery call, the first step in the custom build process is to purchase the custom website build plan from our site.
2. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll be directed to fill out our detailed Launch Guide — this helps us get a strong understanding of your brand, goals, and content needs.
3. After the Launch Guide is completed and received, we’ll send you a Wireframe Guide (coming soon!) where you can help shape the layout and structure of your site (up to five pages).
4. From there, we begin designing mockups for your approval before moving into the final stages of development.

If you’d like us to host and launch your website for you, be sure to add the Launch + Maintenance add-on during checkout. Otherwise, we’ll provide all your finalized files and instructions for you to launch independently.

Nope — we’ve got it covered. If you’re on a subscription plan or have added the Launch + Maintenance service to your one-time website purchase, domain setup is included.

We’ll register and manage the domain for you as part of your service.

If you already own a domain, that’s totally fine — we’ll just need you to point your domain’s nameservers to our hosting. Not sure how? Download our quick setup guide here.

We’ll also walk you through anything you’re unsure of — we’re here to help make this simple.

If we’ve purchased and managed your domain on your behalf, we’re happy to transfer full ownership to you at any time.

Once transferred, you’ll be responsible for renewing and managing the domain through your own account (we’ll guide you through the steps!).

Keep in mind that domain renewals typically cost $10–$20 per year, depending on the provider.

The subscription is designed to be flexible and ongoing. We require a minimum commitment of 9 months to ensure we can provide the best service and support for your website. After that, you can continue on a month-to-month basis or cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. If you cancel your subscription, your website will be taken offline and file ownership remains with Revision Web Designs. We do not transfer website files to clients on the subscription plan.

However, if you choose to pay in full for a one-time setup, you can cancel at any time and retain ownership of your website files.

Monthly subscription

— We retain ownership of the website files and will take your site offline if you cancel your subscription. You will not have access to the files after cancellation.

One-Time Purchase

— If you choose the one-time payment option for a website build, you retain full ownership of your website files and can host it wherever you like.

Custom Build

— If you choose a custom build, you also retain full ownership of your website files and can host it wherever you like.

We recommend our monthly subscription for ongoing support, updates, and hosting, but if you prefer full ownership, our one-time payment option is the way to go.

Our subscription is designed to be an all-inclusive, done-for-you service — from setup to support. Think of it like a luxury lease: your website is beautifully maintained, fully hosted, and kept up to date while you focus on running your business. You’ll never have to lift a finger unless you want to. If full ownership is your priority, we also offer a One-Time Purchase option. With that, the website is yours to own outright on a single license for your business — and we’ll still handle all the setup.

You can add ongoing care and support for just $25/month if you'd like us to stay involved after launch. Whether you want to lease with ease or own with confidence, you’ve got options.
