Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Revision Web Designs (“Revision,” “we,” “us”), a web-design studio based in Fargo, North Dakota. By buying a website or using your client dashboard, you agree to them.

What we provide

We build hand-coded websites for small businesses. Every website includes a required monthly Site Care plan, which covers hosting, your domain, and a set number of edit credits each month. A website and its Site Care plan go together — you can’t have one without the other.

Your account

• Each website has its own account. A second website is set up under its own separate login.
• You agree to give accurate information and to keep your login secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Pricing & payment

• Your website has a one-time build price, plus your chosen monthly Site Care plan. The exact amounts are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your Site Care plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Prices may change over time. Any change to your Site Care price takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-cycle, and we’ll let you know first.
• You’re responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Site Care & edit credits

Edit credits are for small maintenance changes — a copy tweak, a swapped photo, an updated price or hour. They are not for new pages, new sections, or larger structural rebuilds. Growth work like that is available as an add-on from the shop, quoted separately. Unless stated otherwise, credits are for the month and don’t roll over.

Your content

You provide the text, images, and materials for your site. By giving them to us, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you let us use them to build and run your website. You’re responsible for making sure your content is lawful and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

Ownership

Your website is yours. When you’re on an active Site Care plan — or if you cancel and request your files — you can take a copy of your site. We may show your finished website in our own portfolio and marketing; tell us if you’d prefer we didn’t. Our underlying tools, reusable components, and brand remain ours.

Domains & hosting

As part of Site Care, we register and host your website on your behalf on a domain chosen through us; we don’t transfer in a domain you already own. If your Site Care plan ends, your website is taken offline and the domain is released. You can request a copy of your site files, and we keep your site for 9 months so you can restart. If you’d like to keep your domain, tell us at cancellation and we’ll transfer it to you to hold and pay for yourself.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel Site Care at any time from your dashboard — there’s no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then stops.

The one-time build price pays for design and development work we perform for you, so all sales are final and the build price is non-refundable. What we offer instead is better than a refund: we keep refining your site until you’re genuinely happy with it before launch, and you can request changes any time afterward with your credits.

Turnaround

We work as quickly as we can — most builds move at your pace and land in one to six weeks once your details are in. Timelines depend on how quickly you send content and feedback and approve each round, so we can’t promise an exact date.

Disclaimers & liability

We put real care into every site, but we provide our services “as is” and can’t guarantee specific business results, rankings, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know directly.
