How we build your website, start to finish.

From the design you pick to launch day — and the care that keeps it going. Here’s exactly how it works.

Inside the build week

A typical week, start to finish.

You’re in it the whole way. Most sites go live in one to six weeks — paced by how quickly we collaborate and you approve each round — and we don’t stop until it’s right.

  1. 1

    Kickoff

You check out, your dashboard opens, and you answer a short intake — the details we build from.

  2. 2

    First look

We hand-code your site — your photos, words, and brand — and you see the whole thing come together.

  3. 3

    Refine together

We rework everything you flag, pass after pass, until it feels exactly right — we don’t stop before then.

  4. 4

    Launch

You give the word, we configure your domain and take it live — then Site Care keeps it running.

How we work together

You do a little. I do the rest.

No logo, no finished copy, no tech to wrestle. Bring what you have — even just a name and a few notes — and I take it from there.

You do
  • Pick a design you love from the shop as your starting point.
  • Tell us your business details in the Client Dashboard.
  • Send your brand — logo, colors, or photos if you have them. Not required.
  • Approve or request changes at each look.
I do
  • Rebuild that design around your business — hand-coded, not a template.
  • Shape those details into copy that sounds like you.
  • Design around your brand — or build a clean look from type and color alone.
  • Refine each look until you approve, then launch and look after it.

One dashboard, from kickoff to launch.

Everything happens in one place — no email chains, no logins to juggle. You buy, it opens, and it stays yours long after launch.

  • The Details

  • First look

Your site staged desktop and mobile, the moment it lands.

  • Request edits

Ask for any change and track it — before launch and forever after.

Common questions

The questions people ask.

Most sites go live in one to six weeks once we’re collaborating. It’s paced by you: the faster you send your details and approve each look, the sooner it launches. I never rush it.

That’s exactly what the looks are for. At each one you tell me what to change — move it, reword it, rethink it — and I rework it. I don’t call a build done until it feels right to you.

Not much. Tell me about your business in plain words and send whatever you have — your colors, a few photos, any brand pieces. I work with what you bring and fill in the rest.

No. Every design is built to look great on type and color alone, so you can launch without one. Have a logo? Send it and I’ll build around it — if not, you’re free to brand off your new site once it’s live.

You never touch code. Request a change from your dashboard and I make it for you — usually within a couple of days. Your plan includes monthly edits, so the site keeps growing with you.

Always. You work directly with me the whole way, right in your dashboard — no account managers, no handoffs to a stranger.
