Accessibility statement
Last updated: July 2026
Good design is design that works for everyone. Here’s how we approach accessibility — and how to reach us if we’ve missed the mark.
Our commitment
We want this website, our shop, and the client dashboard to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.
What we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our standard. In practice that means we pay attention to:
- Readable text with strong colour contrast.
- Clear headings and a logical, keyboard-friendly structure.
- Descriptive labels and alternative text for meaningful images.
- Forms and buttons that work with assistive technology.
A work in progress
Accessibility is never truly “finished.” We test and improve as we go, and some areas may not yet fully meet our goal. If you run into a barrier, we want to know — it helps us fix it and do better for the next person.
Tell us
If any part of our site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please reach out. We’ll do our best to help and to put things right.
